MEET YOUR COACH
I help junior athletes understand how they move and why technique matters, then adapt that learning to the sport they love.
I was a sprinter in my school years. After a long break from running, I decided it would be a good idea to run a marathon. That decision brought me back to sport and opened up a whole new chapter.
Since then, I’ve run ultramarathons, marathons, half marathons, 10 km events and numerous 5 km runs. I’ve also completed more than 325 parkruns.
I got into coaching because I could see a gap in some young athletes’ development. They loved their chosen sport, but difficulties with form and technique were holding back their progress.
My coaching focuses on the why and the how. I break movement down, explain its purpose and adapt the practice to each athlete’s chosen sport. The aim is to help young athletes build understanding and confidence as they develop.
